Local High Schools housing students from our community have a rich history of success for excellence in athletics.  For years the Urbana Recreation Council has supported and developed youth leagues which has propelled such great athletes.

We are constantly expanding our sports programs and the variety of sports offered to our children.  If you would like to organize a new sport, or were interested in helping to coach our existing leagues, we would love for you to come join us at a council meeting.

Currently, the Urbana Recreation Council sponsors several sports leagues.

• Tee Ball - Urbana Recreation Council serves boys and girls K through 8 years of age.  Sign ups begin in mid February and run through the second week of March.  Email Mike Prete or call him at 301-831-3400 for details.
